Selective advisory

Build the partner engine before you need it.

I advise a small number of growth-stage security and AI companies, and the investors behind them, on partner programs, channel-first go-to-market and launching new categories.

Proof

What I've built

  • 138% Of new-logo pipeline target from the channel, first half of 2026
  • 98.3 Out of 100 for ease of doing business, as rated by Exabeam partners in CRN 2026 research
  • 85% Of Aryaka's business through partners after the Accelerate program
  • 2 Partner programs merged into one: Exabeam and LogRhythm

A good fit

Who I work with

  • Security and AI companies from Series B to growth stage, building or rebuilding a partner program
  • Founders and CROs deciding when to move from direct sales to partner-led growth
  • Companies launching a new category that partners need to teach to the market
  • Investors who want a partner-readiness view across their portfolio

I've sat on the other side of the table too: from 2024 to 2025 I was a board advisor to Cyber Sainik, a cybersecurity platform, advising the CEO and executive team on revenue strategy and go-to-market.

How I think

Competency over contracts

It's the thinking behind the Exabeam APEX Partner Program, which earned a 5-Star rating in the CRN Partner Program Guide.

Most partner programs reward the transaction and lose interest after the sale. The programs that scale reward partners across the whole customer lifecycle, make certification unlock real profitability, and stay simple enough to execute. Complexity kills momentum.
